1800 Club

1800 club is a local favorite. There are a lot of owner-occupied units in this building and many larger floorplans which makes it great for a variety of today's live/work scenarios. The building is easily identified by the large, rounded balconies on the corner of the building (the 01 line). The odd numbered lines, with the exception of the 11 & 15 lines, have direct water views that overlook Margaret Pace Park and Biscayne Bay. 

While some units are original from the year of completion, 2007, many have been received at least a minimal level of updates. Fully renovated units are rare in this building.
